Association of East Event Managers Fraternity was founded in the year 2020 and was formally launched on 11th November 2021 with an astounding launch party at Royal Courtyard, Kolkata. The association was registered on 15th June, 2023 under the Companies Act, 2013 under the CIN – U88900wb2023mpl26278.

The motto for formation of this association was to bring all the event managers and people associated with event industry of East India under a single umbrella to have better networking and bonding.

Since the time of its foundation, AEEMF is fighting against malpractice and extortion of hefty amount of money on the name of music copyright licenses. We not only think for event managers but during tough time of Covid, when Event Industry itself was badly affected, AEEMF came forward to serve the society by delivering food to the covid positive families. From time to time we have been also organising events for better learning and bonding of the event fraternity.
